Good to know

A golden image is an instance that can be used as a template source when creating new client companies in the Instance Setup Wizard.

To request a golden image, log a provisioning case. Golden images cannot be created directly from the console.

How it works

Step 1. Request a golden image

Visit Sage Intacct Community and open a case to request a golden image. The Provisioning team will create and link the instance to your console.

Step 2. Configure your golden image

Slide in to your golden image instance and complete configurations.

Step 3. Create an instance from golden image

Access Instance Setup Wizard to view the golden image template option.

Step 4. Manage instances created from a golden image

Go to My practice or Console > Instances and find the instance that you want to edit.
